Text Editors -- Suggestions?

I was just looking around for some good free text editors, to not only use with ASP.NET, but other everyday functions. I would like to hear your suggestions.

crimson editor is on top of my list...

aside from being free it is:
1. lightweight (just over 1M)
2. supports up to 40 languages
3. has a column editing mode (perfect for my tsql SPs)
4. has a built in function (date, calculator, conversions)
